-Updates to existing forms and reports – if you require changes to your existing forms and reports, In Record Time will modify the database accordingly and convert or transfer any existing data into the new versions as needed. On-Line Help: In some cases it may be necessary for IRT Technical Support to remotely access your computer. When instructed by Technical Support, click the link below to download and run a small utility that will allow IRT remote access. This utility is secure and encrypted to protect you and your patients’ privacy. Only you can initiate a remote session by running this utility from your computer.
